Germany invades Poland and kicks off World War 2. Hitler said he needed living space for his people in Germany and claimed this was a defensive action. The Germans would go and populate the new area and enslave the Slavic people already living there because Hitler hated Slavs.

Germany invades France, Netherlands, and Belgium. With the bombing of Rotterdam Netherlands surrendered. A group of tanks whent through the ardennes and quickly overwhelmed the french and the french soldiers were evacuated to Britain. Then the German forces turned towards Paris and took it.

Hitler takes over France and starts his occupation of France. He then visits the city and starts a provisional government in southern France. Hitler now has an amazing spot to bomb Britain just across the channel.

A massive air battle that lasted for months. The German luftwaffe bombed the cities of Britain and military bases. They were in constant battle with the RAF. Finally Hitler cancelled the invasion because the luftwaffe could not gain control of the air. Great Britain stopped the axis advance in western Europe.
