About 50-70 years after the clearnaces, two sons of Spere Brines Strahan, James and John immigrate to Canada, both realize there are places with better opportunities, James moves to Australia, John moves to Michigan and marries a woman from northern Ireland. Together they raise two boys and one girl. One of the boys they named Benjamin Franklin Strahan -
~WOLF~ Elizibath Egan
Nancy and Gorge Shutts adopted an Irish girl named Elizibath Egan from a family that was having trouble caring for itself around 1880, according to family legend she asked for her little brother when asked what she wanted for her birthday, they did adopt him but he died veary young. -

In about 1900 Ben Strahan married a woman named Edna Wolf and had my great grandfather John Strahan, whose mother died when he was four. -
