    The shoes in the 1500s would all look like women’s heels in 2018 but back then everyone wore heels if you were men or woman. Woman also wore chopines and they were very tall like platform highs but they were very dangerous to wear because they were so heavy to walk in.

The reason it is rubber is that the boots used to be made by a rubber company in the 1850s and they were the first ones to make a rubberized version of the boots.

Black codes were trying to reverse the reconstruction era and still oppress blacks because even though they were free whites still wanted to have control over blacks so they would feel superior to them.

    In 1848 the French army officer Claude-Etienne Minié created the Minie bullet it was quicker to reload in guns, gave more accurate aim, and it had it a very harmful effect to the human body. The bullet was used in the civil war between the Union and Confederates, but since it was so harmful to humans it killed people on the spot or wounded them very badly.
