Tom and Kasey made a wager on a street race to see which car is faster when Tom lost control and hit a police car, killing his friend Justin on impact. -

Investigation
After the crash the police blocked off the area and all members involved in the crash were rushed to the hospital. After collecting all the evidence at the crime scene the police went to the hospital where Tom was questioned about his involvement in Justin's death. -
Tom's Arrest- 3pm
Tom was arrested at 3pm on March 11th after being released from the hospital. He was then taken downtown and booked. -
9am Initial Appearance
Tom is released from his holding cell and shows up to court for his first time. -
Arraignment
Tom learned he will be tried for Involuntary manslaughter. He then consults with his attourney to discuss his options. -
Plea Negotiations
After long negotiations Tom's lawyer was able to bring the charges down to vehicular manslaughter. -

Tom's trial begins. -
