    The Paradigm Shift

First off understanding a paradigm shift is essentially a model or a way of going about resolving problems or as Kuhn's concept iterated it solving puzzles. It starts off in the normal science which is phase 1 of Kuhns; then proceeds into phase 2 model crisis; phase 3, the model revolution and lastly the Paradigm change. Ultimately it is a formula for going about bringing a new way of thinking and leaving behind the old ways and procedures.
