  Thomas Samuel Kuhn is born in Cincinnati, Ohio. His father was an industrial engineer who served in WW1 and was a graduate of MIT and Harvard.

  Kuhn, after receiving his masters in physics in 1946, he receives his doctorate as well as is elected to join the Society of Fellows at Harvard.

  While teaching at Harvard he began to work on writings looking at Aristotle's works and theories. it is later published by the Cosmo Magazine.

  Kuhn is finally elevated to full professor of the History of Science thought he wanted to run as a professor of philosophy.

  Kuhn finally begins his writings challenging the so called "normal science" and begins to help understand that their are different forms and categories for it

  Kuhn is lost to the world after a failed battle with cancer in his home in Cambridge, Massachusetts in June 17, 1996
