The Structure of Scientific Revolutions
In his book, he lays out how scientific revolutions happen in four phases. They are Normal Science, Model Crisis, The Model Revolution, and Paradigm Change. He also talks about his theory of paradigm shifts in scientific theories. This book is pretty much his magnum opus that discuses all of his work.

This was Thomas Kuhn's last book. It was actually published after his death but in it, he reflects on his intellectual development and responds to critics of The Structure of Scientific Revolutions.
