(1856 - 1940) He experemented with charges and descovered positive and negitive charges and then made his own modle of atoms

Ernest Rutherford

Aug 30, 1871

(1871 - 1937) He descovered JJ Thomsons modle of the atom was incorrect making a new modle explaining his observation

Niels Bohr

Oct 7, 1885

(1885 - 1962) He descovered that if Ernests modle was correct atoms would be very unstable so he made a different modle of atoms

James Chadwick

Oct 20, 1891

(1891 - 1974) He proved Niels bohrs modle of the atome incorrect and produced his own modle which is the current modle.
