    At the age of 17, Steve losses his grandpa to cancer and Steve is devastated. During his stage of Emotional Release, he cried almost every day about his grandpa and for a long time. During his stage of Acceptance, he finally excepted that his grandpa died and that he lived a good life.

    Steve's friend, Bob, was trying to leave Jon's party while he was drunk and Steve took hisd car keys away. Steve told him that he has a strong chance of dying while drinking and driving, and that he could get locked up for a long time for drinking and driving.

    Steve learns that his family has a history of a few diseases so he starts eating much healthier. He saved himself from getting type two diabetes, heart disease, Osteoarthritis, and Gout.
  • A Relative Starts to Smoke again

    Steve's Uncle, Tom, starts to smoke again and Steve is worried that Tom will get cancer, very damage lungs, and a weakened immune system.
  • Catching the Flu

    Steve caught flu after working with meat and not washing his hands. He read on the internet that the best way to get better is to take medication to lower the severity of the symptoms, get plenty of rest, and drink a lot of water. He also saw that the way that he could avoid getting the flu again is that he could get vaccinations, eat healthier, and wash his hands.
