Age - 30 Years Old At the Battle of Pamplona, Ignatius is hit by a cannon ball and it shatters his knee. This Battle is over the ownage of the Navarre Mountains between the French and the Spanish. Ignatius is sent to get treatment right away forced to rest for a few years.

This is after Ignatius is "almost" fully healed because of his now crippled leg and he as to walk with a limp. This is also after Ignatius' conversion to become a "soldier for Chirst" and to be more like the saints.

Ignatius celebrates his first Mass a a priest after attending the University of Paris. This Mass was celebrated at Santa Maria La Maggiore.

Pope Paul III creates the Society of Jesus, the Jesuits, in Rome

Ignatius is unanimously appointed Superior General, head, of the Jesuits. He nows lives permanently in Rome.

After long hard years of writing and thinking, Ignatius finishes his bokk of the Spiritual Exercises.

Ignatius dies and is buried at, "The Church of the Gesu," in Rome.
