This is important because it was the first space probe
to transmit data from another atomosphere of antother planet. -
Soyuz 4 & 5 perform the first Soviet spacecraft docking
This is important because it shows that men can go to
space in one spacecraft and return in a different spacecraft
making it possible to have a spacestation. -
Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin become the first men to wak on the moon while crewmate Michael Collins orbits around the Moon alone.
This is important because they showed that we can
land on the moon and retrun from the moon safely.
