Locusta let them accomplish their goal by becoming a professionl poisoner. Even though she was arrested for her activities she always seemed to be able to get out of jail pretty quickly because of the influence of some of her costumers. She also helped Agrippina, an Empress, to kill his husband Claudius in order to marry Nero.

    It was said by a Chinese historian called Sima Qian that Lui Pengli, the king of Jidong, went out on expeditions with slaves and men and murdered people and seized their belongings. It was known that he killed at least 100 people, but when he was told on the emperor, who was his cousin, he denied executing him.

    Gilles de Rais was a French wealthy man who was said to abduct, sexually assault and kill at least 100 children, whom he abducted from the villages surrounding his castle. He wasn't brought to justice for a long time because he was from royalty.

    Behram was the leader of the Thuggee cult in the region of Avagh, India. This group was composed of 25 to 50 men, they murdered in masse and took the goods of these. They are attributed by 1000 deaths in a neighborhood. Behram killed his victims by strangulation and he is possibly the one with the highest kill count in history.

    Micajah "Big" Harpe and Wiley "Little" Harpe were murderous outlaws who operated in USA. They were cousin Scottish immigrants, who raped women and pillaged American patriots. In 1978 they began their murder spree, they seemed to be more motivated by blood lust than financial gain.

    He was bron last of 15 children of a poor peasant family. He joined the army and tried to commit suicide twice, failing on both but ending with mental instability. He butchered seven women and four young men, subjecting their bodies to the most appalling sexual mutilation.

    He killed at least five prostitutes and mutilated their bodies in an unusual manner, indicating he had knowledge of human anatomy, the killing occured within a mile of each other. Even though there were investigations his name and motive are still known. He sent several letters to the police talking about his gruesome activities.

    He was responsible of the "Houston Mass Murders" in Houston, Texas between the years of 1970 and 1973. He would abduct and torture boys and then murder them and bury them in the surrounding rural areas. He was shot and killed by Henley, one of his accomplices.

    He threw parties where he desguised as "Pogo the Clown". He was convicted of rape and murder 33 young men during the years of 1972 and 1978, most which he actually buried underneath his own home. He was executed in 1994 by lethal injection and his last words were "kiss my ass".

He loved to have guests and was an amazing cook, what his frieds didn't know is that he gave them parts of the women he killed. One day they opened his freezer and found a woman's head, he killed one of his friends and the others left in terror.
