Being limbless, Vujicic got bullied in school. He always questioned his value and purpose in life, or if he even has a purpose.

Nick contemplated suicide several times. After several sattempts, though, he realised he didnt want to leave his loved ones with a burden that would result from his suicide.

That accident made him acknowledge his blessing, and he realised that he should be more thankful for his abilities and focus less on his disabilities.

At the age of 17, Nick started delivering short speeches in his church group about optimism, treasuring life, global issues, and mant other topics. Then he started giving talks to community groups, schools, clubs...

In 2003 Nick graduated from Griffith University.
