Nathaniel "Nat" Turner was born into slavery on October 2nd, 1800.

Turner was born in Southampton County, Virginia on Benjamin Turner's Plantation.

At a early age, Tuner showed many signs of being special suck him being able to describe things in detail that happend before he was even born and always learning and reading the Bible.

Throughout his whole life, Nat was supposedly a very spiritual and almost magical person. He thought of himself as a chosen one from god. He said that a solar eclipse may have gave him the idea of rebellion.

Nat was bought and sold several times in his early years and was sold out to John Travis in the 1820's.

Nat Tuners became a stong-voiced preacher and leader to the black slaves on Benjamin Tuner's plantation.

At the age of 21, Turner successfully ran away from the plantation but returned a month later.

Turner planned a revolt/insurrection with a group of five othe slaves but was aborted and set for the next week.

Turner and six other slaves on the plantation went and kill the Travis Family.

After the rebellion on August 21, Nat ran away and hid for the next two months until he was captured by a farmer.

Turner died in the small town of Jerusalem, Virginia.

Nat was executed, hanged from a tree, on November 11th, 2016.

On the night of August 21, 1831, Nat Turner and an army of 75 other slaves armed up and killed a total of 55-65 white people.
