    Early Life
    Born January 13, 1924, in Vienna, Austria.
    After graduating High School, he was drafted to the German Arbeitsdients in 1942. He volunteer to become an army officer, and he served as an officer from 1943 on. Feyerabend was injured during their retreat from the advancement of the Russian Army. He was hit by 3 bullets one that hit and damage his spine.

    He returned to Vienna and study sociology and history. Decided to transfer to physics. Received a PH. D of philosophy, his thesis was "basic Statements" from Vienna University. During his time there he met Karl Popper. Moved to England to study quantum theory under Karl Popper in Cambridge (1952)

    Contribution to Philosophy of Science
    He wrote: Against Method and in 1978 wrote Science in a Free Society. His view that received much criticism was that there is no scientific method, which is restrictive to scientists.
    After having so much criticism of his belief in His book Against
    Method he did not change his opinion on the second book. He answers his critics.

    Farewell to reason
    Farewell to Reason was published in 1987 it was a collection of his most important papers. The main topic of the book would be relativism. Where arguments believe to be true there are often arguments against the truth. If there are studies conducted and evidence was shown there would be evidence to oppose that idea at the same time.
