Moira Darbyshire Steel was born on the 29th of April, 1937

Moira met Frank when she was 6 or 7 years old. Their mothers knew each other and she threw stones at him across Mooney Creek.

They were married at Scotch College chappel, the school were their three sons would attend in future.

Their eldest child was born.

Their second child, (my father) was born.

Their third son was born, but passed away a few days later.

The Evans family left Essendon in 1965 and moved to Doncaster on the other side of town.

Their fourth son was born.

Alison Evans was born to her unknown mother, and adopted a few weeks later.

Her three sons attended Scotch College from 1974 to 1985.

Alison began Primary school in 1975 and completed it in 1988.
