Follows the order of Rabbi Jacob Ben Asher's Tur. It is devided into 4 main topics and is subdevided into several sub-paragraphs. Basically, it is a detailed commentary of the Tur by Rabbi Joseph Caro.Caro examined every law in the earlier book and re-wrote them to relate them to the people of his time. In general, Caro based his decisions on three leading pillars of Jewish codification.
