From the beginning of the '90s, tracksuits become super popular, especially Adidas pr Nike popper tracksuits. To rock back in the day, it was all about style, color, and brand. -

During the 2000s, the workout clothes still remained tight and bright, but new designs came out with functional and performance purposes. It was in this decade that yoga pants and even yoga become increasingly popular. Not to mention, men were known to wear tracksuits, ribbed shirts, flip flops, and sneakers. Just something that was simple but also fashionable.
