Martin Luther King Jr. as a young boy saw equality violated. He was interested in human rights because colored people were being discriminated based on their skin color. He's best known for his "I have a dream....". His biggest accomplishment was to bring equality for everybody. One obstacle he faced was being arrested over 20 times for protesting nonviolently. Another obstacle was himself and his property was attacked.
