The show follows Superman as he battles crime in Metropolis and keeps his identity a secret by working as mild-mannered reporter Clark Kent at the Daily Planet.

One of the most notable aspects of the show was the transformation of Diana Prince into her Wonder Woman costume.

Working late one night he conducts an unsupervised experiment that exposes him to high levels of gamma radiation that mutates his body.

Barry Allen is Central City Police's forensic scientist that is struck by lightning and flung into a cabinent of chemicals which changes his body's metabolism and gives him the ability to move at super human speed.

The show follows a teenage Clark Kent as he grows up in Smallville discovering his powers and how to cope with them, all while dealing with popular comic book characters such as Lana Lang, Pete Ross, Lex Luthor, and Lois Lane.

The series also provides origin stories to many notable Batman villains, such as the Riddler and Catwoman.

    Starring: Grant Gustin, Danielle Panabaker The Flash is a spin-off series of Arrow which premiered on the CW in Oct. 2014. It was created by Marc Guggenheim, Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg. The story revolves around Barry Allen, who is put into a coma after a particle accelerator explodes in Central City. He awakes from his coma after nine months to discover he has the superhuman ability of speed and healing. He uses his newfound powers to stop others who were also affected.
