  • Red Bear Project Begins

Before the collapse of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev approved a project that was intended on testing experimental drugs on dogs to make them stronger. Secretly, Vladimir Drago had the drugs tested on humans. All test subjects died except for one.

    Project: Golden Eagle

Project: Golden Eagle began shortly before the Moscow incident, with American spies discovering Soviet experiments from Project: Red Bear. Vladimir Drago was also taken into custody by the US government for "leaking government information". The charges were used to guise the true purpose of using Drago's research to create a new line of American supersoldiers to maintain control in the Middle East. The program only turned out 3 successful subjects and was defunded in 1995.
  • Moscow Incident

The Red Bear Project and all documents concerning it were erased. Vladimir Drago, however, kept his own research, drugs, and subjects for himself. After much failure, his only surviving subject, known only as Yurri, escaped Drago and made a scene in Moscow. The attack left 75 dead and more than 200 injured after police and military intervention. Yurri was killed and his autopsy revealed that he was the was word's first surviving superhuman.

    Project: Millennium Fire

Under President Martin Luther King, the US military secretly funded "testing" on soldiers. The results were fantastic, the tests bearing a 97% success rate. The soldiers tested on gain enhanced senses and stamina. Whilst deployed in the middle east, they maintained balance. The projects ended in 2001 after completing its original set goals, but doctors working on the project found that children react more positively and have amplified effects. More projects were scheduled with this knowledge.

    Project: Freedom Dawn

Only 9 days after the 9/11 attacks, President George W. Bush approves the full authorization of the military's top scientists to experiment on incarcerated citizens and the children of low-income families. The goal of the project was to turn out as many super-soldiers as possible within an 18-year span. After turning out 50 successful individuals, the project ramped up the intensity of the experiments. In January of 2003, 20 pregnant women are experimented on. In October, 20 children are born.

    Black Tiger Program

As part of Project: Freedom Dawn, the aim of the Black Tiger Program was to specifically create supersoldiers out of children, before they were born. This caused a breakthrough in genetic editing. 20 women of low-income families were used, who where promised a large sum of money for participating in the test. 20 children, 5 in each set of 4 "types" were born in October 2003. Finn Mueller is among the children born, gifted with superior stamina, speed, brain function, senses, strength, etc.
  • Finn Mueller Is Born

Finn is born to parents Annie and Christopher Mueller on October 14th, 2003. He is born on the same day as every other S4 Subject.
  • Austin Lieb, Evan Turner, Luke Zimmerman, and Kyle Franklin Are Born

All 4 boys are born on the same day as Finn, as a part of the Black Tiger program.
