  • Jean Valjean picks up Cosette from the Thenardiers

    Jean Valjean goes to the Thenardiers and sees how they treat Cosette. Then, he takes Cosette away from them.

  • Paris, France

    At around this time Jean Valjean travels with Cosette to Paris. He soon finds out about a boy who admires Fantine. This complicated things a lot for him.

  • Departure

    At around this time Jean Valjean died a peaceful happy death.
