The year 1466 begins to practice various activities in the workshop of a sculptor named Andrea del Verrocchio. There he begins to paint, sculpt and design.

Towards 1498 Leonardo finished a mural painting, a modest commission for the refectory of the Dominican convent of Santa Maria Dalle Grazie, which would become his definitive pictorial consecration: the Last Supper.

At the end of 1499 the French entered Milan and Leonardo left the city accompanied by Pacioli and settled in the House of his admirer the Marquise Isabel de Este, arrived in Venice.

In 1511 Charles d 'Amboise dies and the French are expelled from Milan. For what Leonardo would move to Rome, who would now be his patron is Giuliano de Médicis brother of Pope Leo X, and he works as a painter for Baldassare Turini, who was treasurer of the pope.

Giuliano de Médicis dies in March and again Leonardo would be without his patron and towards the winter of 1516-1517 he would move to France where the French king Francisco grants him the position of chamber painter. Leonardo Da Vinci would live in Cloux and would perform scientific experiments, architectural projects as well as irrigation.

Leonardo Da Vinci dies on May 2 in Cloux is assumed in the presence of the French King Francis I, and is buried in the Church of Saint Florentin in Amboise according to his wish.
