    After 3 years of difficult negotiations The NAFTA went in to affect in January 1, 1994. The agreement attempted to make trade relationships between the U.S. Mexico and Canada. The agreement completely eliminated tarriffs over years and disolved many other trade barriers. The NAFTA has helped very much by makin the population grow.

Responsibility for the attack has not been established. Habyarimana’s death provoked a wave of ethnic violence, prompting UN Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali to accuse the Hutu-dominated Rwandan Army of genocide against the Tutsi.

It was launched on December 4, 1996 and on September 27, 1977 they lost communication with it. It has creepy laser eyes to see things. It was able to complete 16 chemical analyses of rocks. The Soujourner helped us learn more about Mars and see if it`s possible to have life on Mars.
