J.J. Thomson
Used the cathode ray tube experiment.
Discovered the negative particle, Electron.
Also used the plum pudding model and the chocolate chip cookie model in his experiments -
Ernest Rutherford
Used the Gold Foil Experiment. Predicted that the radiation would go straight through the gold foil. Instead, once it hit the foil, it scattered in different directions. Also created the Rutherford Electron Cloud Model. Including a very small, dense, positive nucleus. -
