    Jesus had his disciples get a special donkey for him to ride into Jerusalem. He rode in on the donkey, and when people asked who he was a crowd answered, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.”

    Jesus and his disciples found a place to stay at Passover. During dinner Jesus said, "Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me". When Judas asked who Jesus said "You have said so." Then Jesus then said, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. I tell you, I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom."

    Jesus and his disciples went to the garden on Mount Olive. He told them to stay awake as he prayed. He went to a stone and prayed. When he came back he found the apostles sleeping and said," Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” He went to pray gain and once again found them sleeping. He said, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour has come, and the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners.

    While in the garden, Judas and the soldiers hid behind the bushes and Judas said, “The one I kiss is the man; arrest him.” He then greeted Jesus and then he was attacked. A man tried to attack Jesus but Peter cut his ear. Jesus healed the ear and then was taken away. He was then taken to the Sanhedrin and they condemned him to death.

    Peter is outside waiting for Jesus and someone asks him if he was with Jesus and he denied it. Someone else claimed the same thing and he once again denied it. He was asked a third time and said, “I don’t know the man!” Then the cock crowed just as Jesus predicted.

    Judas realized what he did was wrong and gave the money back to the council. He then hung himself and the money was used to buy a burial place for foreigners. Then Jesus was put before Pilate and he asked,"Are you the king of the Jews?" Jesus replied" You have said so". Because of a festival it was possible for Jesus to be released. When Pilate asked who should be killed the crowd answered "Barabbas" who was a murderer. This was because the crowd was paid by the priests.

    Judas realized what he did was wrong and gave the money back to the council. He said "I have sinned for I have shed innocent blood". He then hung himself and the money was used to buy a burial place for foreigners. This was called the Field of Blood.

    Jesus is given his cross and walks through the crowds. There is a sign put on the cross by Pilate saying INRI which means King of the Jews. Jesus walked to his final resting place he was nailed to his cross.

    Jesus was buried in a tomb made by a disciple named Joseph. He put Jesus in a cloth and hade him laid in the tomb. The chief priests went to Pilate to keep guards in front of the tomb because Jesus said he would return on the third day and they did not want someone taking him out of there before then. Pilate said, "“Go, make the tomb as secure as you know how.”

    On the Sabbath Mary Magdalene went to visit the tomb of Jesus. When they got there the boulder was rolled to the side and the tomb was opened. An angel appeared to them and said, "Do not be afraid because I know you are looking for Jesus. He is not here he has risen." Then Jesus appeared and said "Do not be afraid".

    The disciples went to Galilee and found Jesus. Jesus said "All authority in heaven and earth have been given to me." Jesus told them to go and baptize people of all nations.
