    Elementary and Secondary Education Act provides federal funds to low income students. Which created the Title I and bilingual education formed to fight the "War on Poverty".

    Abolished the National Origins Formula. Resulting in the influx of Asians and Latin migration to the United States. Causing an increase in Asian and Latin students population in American school.
