A project made to clone the Big Boss after he fell into a coma. The project was lead by Major Zero and the chief doctor was Para-Medic (Dr. Clark), The surrogate mother is EVA, the project results in Solid Snake (David), Liquid Snake, and Solidus Snake, the biological mother is Dr. Clark's Japanese Assistant who was a donor. This results in Big Boss leaving the Patriots and Ocelot and EVA losing faith in Zero.

When Old Snake was about to commit suicide at the tombstone of Big Boss, he is stopped by Big Boss and a vegetive Major Zero, where they end there war with the death of both of them, and Big Boss reconciles with his son and learns what the Boss wanted: leave the world as it is. Old Snake decides to live the rest of his life seeing what he made the world into. Officially there are no more Patriots.
