Hernando's First Success!
In the year 1511 Hernando sailed to Cuba. He was in search of fame and fortune. He succeeded and conqured the Cuban Empior that was already there. This is one of the reasons why Cuba is mostly Spanish now. -

Hernando's Second Huge Success
Hernando decided to conquer more and more people and have his name feared even more. In the year 1519 Hernando sailed to Yucatan. He had a huge success there too. -

Hernando's Most Famous Half Success
This success is the most famous ever recordedin his records. After he sailed to Yucatan, he heard about how much gold the Aztecs have. Because he was searching for gold too, he decided to conquer the Aztecs. The Aztecs lived in a city in Mexico called Cozumel. He sailed in peace then conqured the Emperor. The half part of his success was that he never found the gold that was hidden in the Aztec city.
