Kepler publishes a book on his laws of the planets motion. his 3 main laws were, The squares of the periodic times are to each other as the cube of the mean distances, Planets move in ellipses with the sun at one focus. The last one is that the radius vector describes equal areas in equal times. -

Jamestown was founded in 1607 by english colonists. It was the first colony set up by the english. It also set a key point in American history when we started to get angry at the english for raising taxes on a newly found colony. -

He was convicted because he went against the church's beleifs of the solar system, he beleived in the Heliocentric theory which eventually was proved correct AGAIN.

Isacc Newton's life and birth
On this day in 1642, one of the greatest minds in science was born, Isacc Newton. He was born to his mother Hannah Ayscough and his Father Isacc Newton Sr. Sadly Isacc never got to really know his father because he died at an early age. -
Sadly on January 8th Galileo Galilei dies in Arcetri, Italy of a bad Fever and Heart Palpitations at the age of 77(Goddard to Debonno 117-119).
