John doesn't communicate with people well and is always alone. He doesnt try to be around people! This means he has a problem in the social part of the health triangle. So he overcomes it by trying to communicate with some people and he actually gets friends.

John isn' eating right and has been eating junk food a lot latley. So he decides to set a goal to lose weight and eat healthier. So he changed his ways he ran more and watched what he ate and ate more fruit.

John has been so stressed about school work. He starts to get physically stressed out too. All around his eyes it starts to get black. He relizes that his stress is getting really bad so he decides to make time to relax.

John has just suffered a significant loss, his grandma has died. John was feeling very denial and emotional. He didn't want to believe that his grandma has died and they were really close so he felt emotional he wasn't eating and he cryed a lot.

John has a friend Tommy who started drinking a lot latley. John is very concerned about his friend. John is scared that Tommy can get stomach acid, toxic chemicals in the liver, pancreatitis, and problems with the heart.

John has learned that his family suffers from diabetes, and obesity. He decides to eat healthier. From eating healthier he will most likely have a lower risk from diabetes, respiratory infections, common cold, and obesity.

John is worried for his aunt because she has been smoking a lot. John thinks his aunt will get some long term affects of tobacco such as, chronic bronchitis, lung cancer, a weakened immune system, and emphysema.

Jen is drunk and wants to drive home from a party. John doesnt let her so he takes her keys. She gets mad because she thinks she is totally fine and nothing is wrong. John explained to Jen that she can injure yourself and someone else.

John stays at home for a week because he is sick. Some ways to treat him is for him to get lots of rest, drink a lot of liquids, and not do too much. He will try to prevent the flu next time by not touching too many germy things, avoiding contact with sick people, and washing his hands often, and not touching his hands, eyes or nose.

John starts to develope puberty and the first couple of steps he see's is physical growth, voice changes, and body begins to fill out.

John decides to become abstinent. His parents give him a couple tips on how to achieve that goal they tell him, setting personal limits on physicaql affections, avoid dating someone who is sexually active or who pressures him to go beyond his limits, and avoiding situations where he may feel pressured to engage in sexual activity.
