    His parents were Catholic, so they sent Scott to two Catholic schools.First to Holy Angels Convent (1903-1904) and then to Nardin Academy (1905-1908).In 1908, his father was fired from Procter & Gamble and they returned to Minnesota, where Fitzgerald attended St. Paul Academy from 1908 to 1911.In 1911, his parents sent him to Newman Institute, in Hackensack, New Jersey. He graduated from Newman in 1914 and decided to stay there and go to Princeton University, but in 1917 he dropped out.
