2nd lieutenant F. Scott Fitzgerald arrives at Camp Sheridan. He hasn't seen battle but fancies himself a war hero. While stationed here he attended a dance at a local country club and meets Zelda Sayre.

Fitzgerald was about to deploy to France when the armistice was declared. When he was discharged from the army he proposed to Zelda. She accepted.

After moving to NYC and Fitzgerald finding a job writing copy for $35.00 a week, Zelda decided that it wasn't enough to live the way she wanted and broke off the engagement. Fitzgerald was devastated and went on a three day drinking binge. He then moved back into his parent's house in Minnesota and startedworking on a book he began drafting in college.

The book is realeased and sold out by the end of the day. With this accomplishment Fitzgerald won back Zelda. They got married in St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City.

Fitgerald published another book "the Beautiful and Damned". His and Zelda's lives become very caotic and very alcoholic.They later moved to Europe to escape their the noise and chaos, and so Fitgerald could work on his next novel "The Great Gatsby". While in Europe Zelda sleeps with a french aviator. This devastated Fitzgerald, but the relationship stayed intact.

The Fitzgerald's went to France for the publication of "The Great Gatsby". It didn't sell as well as Scott's first two books, but was later made into a multimillion dollar film.

Scott was hired by Metro Goldwyn Mayer as a screen writer, and moved to california that summer. Scott meets a Shiela Graham and they became a steady couple, but he would not divorce Zelda to be with her.

This was one of the best movies in 1938. It was the first and last time Scott got a screen credit. The next year his contract didn't get renewed.

While listening to classical music with Shiela, Scott had a massive heart attack and died. Zelda wrote a letter to Shiela aking if it was true. He was burried in Union Cemetary in Rockveil, Maryland.
