The Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty was an agreement between the United States and Russia. On December, 8th, the Untied States President and General Mikhail Gorbachev signed the treaty. -

The day it opened the McDonalds set a world record by serving over 30,000 people. Also some people waited for six hours because it was an unusual type of food. It became a tourist attraction noted as a "must see place". -
