    GDR started its construction of what we called “Berlin Wall” today. GDR claimed that it should protect its people from being attacked by those fascist like west and avoid the infiltration of rotten political system. But the truth is that the Eastern Germany government want to prevent its people from running away to West German. The wall made the relations between the US and Soviet Union worse and added fuel to the “Cold War”.

    Nuclear Test Ban Treaty ratified
    The A-bomb used in Japan was a great shock to people all over the world. After more than 8 years of negotiation, the Limited Nuclear Test Ban Treaty was signed in Moscow on August 5, 1963 by US, Soviet Union, Britain. It played a significant role in decreasing the US-Soviet confrontation and the safety of the whole world.
