Roland is the king of Dalia with problems regarding his sexual preferences but when forced into marriage he chooses dainty little Sasha. The king has problems pregnating Sasha so an old wizard, Flagg, gives him potions to help. Then after a fight with a dragon and a drunken rage Peter and Thomas were born. Unfortunatly shortly after Thomas' birth Sasha died. Leaving the king and his entire kingdom devistated... Well except for Flagg. pages 1-29 total (1,267) -

After Peter is crowned king Flagg is enraged and attack both him and Thomas. Thomas shoots Flagg in the eye, but Flagg uses magic to disappear and escape. At the end of the novel, Peter is declared to be the rightful king. Thomas, who has become deeply hated in Delain, sets off alongside his butler, Dennis, to find Flagg. They find him and they confront him, but the narrator does not reveal the outcome. Pages 29-380 Total (1,618)
