In 1997 Bobby recieved a double organ transplant and started skiing again

He took 5th place. -
Bobby retired from skiing in 2001 but he didnt stop there he just wanted to try something new.

Endured two years on dialysis before his second double organ transplant in 2003. he said "there has never been a sad day in his life." he has remained optimistic and will remain optimistic.

Since 2004 Bobby has competed in at least 25 downhill races,and a few 8 to 12 hour races
