'Fitspatrick Incident'
Constable Fitspatrick arived at the Kelly home illigally to arrest Dan Kelly on charges of horse theft. He supposedly 'molested' Kellys 14 year old sister. An argument resulted an Fitspatrick was injured. Ultimatly Kellys mother and two others were charged with attemped murder.
