Dalton Model
Dalton thought that atoms were like small balls. -
J.J Thomson
Thomson said that an atom, is a positively charged sphere with electrons embedded in it. HIs model resembled that of a muffin. -
Hantaro Nagaoka
Hantaro's model showed a positively charged sphere withelectrons circling around the sphere. -
Ernest Rutherford
Ernest suggested that the atom was pretty much empty space. Electrons orbit randomly around a positively charged nucleus. -
Niels Bohr
Bohr said that electrons aren't randomly scattered around the nucleus. His model showed the electrons moving in a specific shells. -
James Chadwick
Chadwick discovered the nuetron, it is a particle having about the same mass as the proton, but there isn't any electrical charge.
