Jessie moves to Prince Albert and begins work at a hospital.

Jack promises Jessie that they can see eachother for 3 days and spend the long awaited time together.

-John enters Wheatlys Jewellery store.
-The salesman knows he won`t be selling a nice ring to John Wilson.
-The salesman thinks something is off about John Wilson.
-He asks about Johns Marital status and John hesitantly says
``Bachelor``.
-The salesman tries to sell him a ring or a gift for the bride but he refuses, later finding out John uses Polly`s ring. -

-Jack tells Polly they must drive to Saskatoon because there he has a house there.
-Jack says they must go somewhere for a buisness trip.
-When they are driving, Jack stops to shoot a rabbit.
-When Jack stops again, he pretends to hunt geese then he turns around and shoots Polly in the head.
-Jack Immediatly panicks and begins to bury Polly under a culvert. -
-After Jack kills Polly, he rolls his car into the side of the road by the culvert.
-The car catches on fire and some thresers spot it.
-John finds his way to Isaac Neufeldt's house. John tells him a lie about what happened
-When other thresers ask what happened he tells them a different story
-Jack was vomitting and smelling of liquor, meaning he was most likely drunk when it all happened. -
Jack shows up late to his own wedding in a police uniform.
Jack is extremely nervous and Jessie is very shy. The reverand thinks all husbands would be nervous.
Jack takes the ring off Polly and gives it to Jessie as her wedding ring.
When the reverand says till death do you part, John seems to act weird.
John marries Jessie only two days after Polly's death, leading to suspicion from others.
