    When Christopher Columbus made landfall in the Americas it became the start of European exploration. With the colonization and initiating significant trans-Atlantic trade and exchange it left devastating consequences for the "New World" in the Americas.

    Known to be the first English settlement in North America. It was named after King James. It was to establish economic profit and trade expansion. However the Native Tribes became a big issue along with disease, lack of farming experience it became a time known as the "Starviing Time"

    This war mainly took place in North America, however it did expand over 7 years and to other continents. Great Britain ended up winning the 7-year battle ultimately gaining significant territory in North America, including Canada. Because of this it created conflicts between the American colonies that led to the American Revolution.

    This is a basically a political protest towards the British taxation. The American colonists dumped trunks of tea in the Boston Harbor that was imported by the British East India Company. This choice led to the closing of Boston Harbor to trade.

    This is the battle where the famous rider Paul Revere rode his horse through Massachusetts yelling "The British were coming." This was the start of the American Revolutionary War. The initial shot at Lexington became known as the "shot heard 'round the world"

    This is a historical event that led to the speration from Great Britain. This declaration was put into place and stated specific grievances against King George III. This is the law that formed Americas Independence from actions perceived as tyrannical and unjust. Put together by the Four Founding Fathers ( 7 core group of men) George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison.
