This case was filed within the Wisconsin Supreme Court. This lawsuit was filed on behalf of a disabled student that had a tendency to drool on himself, have involuntary facial tics, and occasionally had issues with his speech. Unfortunately, the court ruled that school officials could exclude students that were disabled on a state level.
