    I remember when my teacher assigned a project about natural disasters and I decided to write about tsunamis because I was really fascinated by them when I was younger.

    My teacher Mrs Rizza would have the kids in my class read one book to the class every Friday. I chose one of my favorite books at the time called Leo: A ghost story.

    I had my teacher Mrs Callahan she was one of my favorite my favorite books from her class was the chains series, she only read one book from the series but she gave me the the whole series number 1, chains, #2 forge and #3 ashes, these books were about slavery but it interested me the most to know something about history even if it is non-fiction, because someone life probably related to this.

    I remember reading a long walk to water in 7th grade but not much of anything else, this book was pretty good, just not my favorite genre of reading choices.

    In Mrs Ferraros class in 8th grade we read the outsiders, I really enjoyed that book, and then we eventually watched the movie, I would have to say the movie was better though.

    I had Mrs Alijjah as my English Honors teacher we read Night by Elie Wiesel, Fahrenheit 451, Animal Farm and probably some other books but I forgot, I would say about of these two books I enjoyed Fahrenheit 451 the most because its hidden symbolism as well as Animal Farm.

    10th grade was probably one of my favorite English honors classes I had Mrs. Plumey and she was great, we had lot of class discussions which I enjoyed, but also a lot of books and essays. We read The catcher in the Rye, Julius Caesar, The Yellow Raft In blue water, The crucible, The Great Gatsby, and the Scarlet Letter. think the book I enjoyed the most was Julius Caesar because of how many roles were played and probably because it wasn't as difficult to grasp the concept of, the story was great

    I wrote an short poem, about "The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe by from the ravens perspective, but its about an individual who is visited by a talking Raven, but the only word the Raven can utter is "nevermore". This was one of my proudest pieces of work from 10th grade.
