German's Invasion of Poland.
On September 1st 1939, Mentally ill people were executed because on Hitler's poin of view they ruined the economy and he invaded Poland and take Danzig. It is the start of World War II who will change the world. -
Britain and France Allies
On September 3rd 1939, Britain and France ally and declare war on Germany who is now rule under the Nazi government with their leader Hitler. 6 hours later, Canada,Australia, New Zealand and South Africa join them. -
Hitler seize more countries.
On April Fools, April 1th, Hitler and the Nazi group, takes possession of Denmark,Norway, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. Thousands more jews are killed, tortured and poorly-treated. -
French surrenders
On, June 22nd 1940, France surrender after getting destroyed by the Nazis and by the italian forces in April till June of the same year. They sign an armistice and Britain is now alone against the axis. -
Germany Breaks Pact
A year after the frenchs surrendered, On June 22nd 1941, Hitler invades Soviet Union (Known as Russia today) and break the nonagression pact they had sign which prevailed them from invading eachother -
Pearl Harbor Attack
On December 7th 1941, Japanese fighter planes attack Pearl Harbor in the U,S.A and kill 2,355 servicemen and 68 citizen. In less than 24 hours the Japaneses also attacked Philippines and Britain. -
The Diary.
For her 13th birthday Anne received an autograph book with red and white checkered cloth. She used it as a diary and noted some days during the war and how she missed stuff while she was confined in the secret annex. -
Call up notice
On July 5th 1942, Margot Frank, Anne's older sister, received a call up notice to go work at a concentration camp but her family and her went into hiding at her parents work and hid in the secret annex and never went to it. She was later killed. -
The Secret Annex
On July 6th 1942, Anne and her family move into a secret annex hidden by a bookself to hide from Hitler's governement. Later on, another family moved in and someone else named Dussel hid there too. -
New people coming
On July 13th 1942, they were joined by the van Pels family: Hermann, Auguste, Peter, and then in November by Fritz Pfeffer, a dentist and friend of the Franks. A romance started to grow between Anne and Peter and she received her first kiss from him. -
D-Day
On June 6th 1944, also known as D-Day, all of the allied troops join together and land on the coast of Normandy in northen France. It is consider for many the beggining of the end of the war. -
Anne's Death.
On September 3rd 1944, Anne was brought to the Auschwitz concentration camp for the last Westerbrok deportation. She had to be disenfected, shave her hair and get a tatoo of a number. She was then killed in the gas chamber. -
Nazi's end
Hitler commits suicide on May 1th 1945. Germany surrender unconditonally the following day,May 2nd 1945. The war between Japan and U.S.A continues and the italian continues. The war isnt over yet. -
2 Bombs on Japan
On August 6th 1945, a bomb landed on Hiroshima and killed immidiatelly 75,000 people and injuring 100,000 people. 3 days later, another bomb landed on Nagasaki. The U.S was responsible for these bombs. They were the first to be used in warfares -
WWII Ends.
After the 2 bombs landed on Japan and killed thousands of people, Japan ask for peace and the allies accept. On September 2nd 1945, there is a surrender ceremony and World War II officially ends.
