    Hitler planned to take over the Soviet Union to create more living space for Germans. Hitler planned to take over France and Britian before he took over the Soviet Union, however after Germany conquered France Hitler got confident. He sent in troops using the tactics of Blitz Krieg and had to send them in the summer because they would freeze in the Winter. Hitler however sent his troops too late and many of them died of hypothermia.

This was so devastating because of the impact it made in the country and in Britian also where alot of the products left America to help Britian with weapons and food. It was a great significance because of the involvment of WWII in the Atlantic.

    Japan had been warned to surrender from the war and agree to all the conditions made by America. The Japanese then went on to agree to most of the conditions they made but did not agree to some. The Americans did not think that Japan would surrender and there for they dropped the first atomic bomb on 6th August.This caused mass destruction and killed 70,000. Inguring thousands more, another reson thought that americans dropped the bomb was because they cost 2000 million and couldn't not be used

    The 2nd Atomic bomb was dropped in Nagasaki. This killed a considerable amount fewer than the bomb dropped in Hiroshima but still took the lives of 36,000 people. The only reason for the second atomic bomb can be seen as acceptable was the fact that it showed no weakening in the Japanese determination to fight.
