Economic Depression in Germany
Germany was going through an economic depression. After World War one. It was so bad that money was useless and it was used as kindling for fire. -
Hitler Becomes Chancellor
This year was the year when Adolf Hitler was elected as Chancellor of Germany. this was also a cause of war because he made everyone believe that the Jews were a demonizing race. He also made Germans believe this by holding speeches and rallies. And in this Year he started opening up concentration camps. He also was getting ready to start drafting people. Because he started building autobahns. -
The Nuremberg Laws
The Nuremberg laws were created, and passed. These laws restrict jews rights. They have to wear a gold star of David, they have to carry an I.D on them at all times, and they can't use public transportation. -
Invasion
Also during this year Germany invaded Austria. They invaded Austria trying to expand Germany's land. He also did this is because Austria was the second largest German speaking nation. He did this hoping to expand his army too. -
Kristallnacht (Night of the Broken Glass)
This was the night when the National Socialism group (the Nazi party) burned down jewish households, they also burned jewish synagogues, they broke windows on jewish shops. While all this was going on the police and firemen did nothing other than to make sure that none jewish hous holds didn't cath fire. -

This was the year that started it all. This was the year when Germany invades Poland. Germany invaded Poland because Germany wanted to expand its landscapes. They invaded poland because they got away with expanding their territory to austria so they tried the same with Poland. -

D-Day
This day was a great win for some, and a horrible loss for others. On this day D-Day happened. Many brave men fought for our country on the beaches of Normandy, France. The Allied powers: America, Britain, and Canada. Attacked in the front of the enemies on boats. They also attacked behind the enemies with paratroopers. In the end of the battle the Allied powers came out on top. -
Bombing 1
Was the day when the Allied powers dropped a bomb on Hiroshima, Japan. This bomb was called little boy. they dropped this bomb in hope to end World War One. Japan didn't pay much min so the Allied powers dropped another one on... -
Bombing 2
Except this time the Allied powers dropped this bomb called Fatman on Nagasaki, Japan. This time Japan gave in and World War Two ends. These two bombs were bigger than scientists thought.
