Hitler influences society to not favor Jews. They soon start putting taking away their jobs, making them feel unsafe and then steal them away and put all Jews in concentration camps. They started off as labor but quickly became death camps. -

After Japan invaded Manchuria, They went to war, Japan wateing to overcome china and to take their large land. Jpan wantis it for all of the properties that they have. -

Hitler signed a secret program to ‘Kill’ children who were considered undesirables. It soon spread to teens and adults. Mainly they killed people with developing issues whether it was the brain or body. It was claimed that this was to cleanse their society and make it purer. -

Hitler took Austria and Czechoslovakia
without the world stepping in. The world did
nothing, they instead did a policy of
appeasement. Hitler signed an agreement
after Czechoslovakia to not take any more

Invation of Nanking
The Japanese went into Nanking with the
want to control the city and causing fear.
More than 300,000 Chinese civilians/Army
were killed. -
Hitler Invades Poland
On september 1st 1939, Hitler invades
Poland and slaughters many of their people.
He wanted this land for its properties of
uranium and other war goods -
France and Englad Declare War
France and England declared war
because of the aggression of what Hitler did
and how he broke the appeasement. -
The Manhatten Project begins
Scientist begin researching the Atomic bomb
and places to find what they need to make
the bomb. The actual development of the
bomb is years to come. -
Germany Takes France
German troops invade France and march throughout the city. -
Mussolini Declares War
Mussolini declares war on France and
Britain with the intention of expanding Italian
colonies in North Africa and taking British
and French territories. -
Axis Powers completed
Japan officially alliances with the
Germans and Italians -
Japan takes the Phillipines-
Japan takes over the Island completely and their Army, almost all army men were put in to the Bataan Death March or were simply killed after surrendering. -
Attack on Pearl Harbor
As a way to distract the U.S and also get them involved in the, the Japanese invaded Pearl Harbor and attacked it. Over 2,000 people died. Today there is still a memorial for those who died -
Germany invades Russia
Hitler was obsessed with Russia and its land, though their people were willing to fight. There were miles of traps and wherever the Germans went they got caught. 65,000 Germans died in 6 weeks. -
State of Union Adress
He addressing many things about the war and others like: Freedom of speech and expression, Freedom of worship, Freedom from want and Freedom from fear -
Bataan Death March
A 5-12 day, 69 mile March to a POW camp. 10,000-13,000 AMericans and Filipinos died. -
Navajo Code Talkers
After plenty of convincing, a man got his word through to the general and they began searching for Navajos to work for the Marines. While the names of exactly who they were are unclear, they went through intense training for battle and their code. -
Battle of Staingrad
This was Germany's second attempt at taking russia. Whenever the Germans came closer the Russians sacrificed their towns and burned them down, leaving the Germans nothing to come too. Eventually the Germans died of hunger, starvation and the cold winter. -
War Refugee
Roosevelt created the War Refugee, in a different country, and allowed more the 200,000 Jewish Refugees in the US in a couple months. -
Normandy
The US invaded German occupied beaches in Normandy. It was the largest sea, land and air overtake ever. This was the turning point of the war. Allied forces won. -
D-Day
Allied forces invaded northern France by means of beach landings in Normandy. The Axis powers knew they were coming but though they were going to land somewhere else, they were wrong. it was a large invasion. Many more died on the Axis Powers then the Allied. -
Final Solution
The Germans knew that no mater what that the Americans would find out about the Jewish concentration camps. So they tried hiding the evidence of the concentration camps by killing many jews and hiding their bodies. -
Liberation Day
After years of being kept in camps, the remaining Jews who had survived the hurtful Nazis were liberated by the Allied forces. The day that this happened is now know as Holocaust Remberance Day. -
Yalta Conferance
A meeting of Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin- they agreed to split Germany into 4 occupied zones, allowing them free elections and other rights to start leading the country to better ways. -
Battle of Bulge
The Germans tried taking over Antwerp, a Belgium city. Though the military that went was so small America went too and stopped them. In a way Americans won but with the loss of 81,000 soldiers. -
Hitler commits suicide.

Little Boy
America dropped the first A-Bomb named little boy. This killed about 100,000 people in toatl. -
FAT MAN
3 days after Little Boy America dropped the second and final A-Bomb, Fat Man. -
War ended
6 days after Fat Man dropped, Japan surrendered. Ending the war completly. -
Nuremberg Trials
International court that punished high tittled Nazi officials. They were to be tried on crimes against the Pearce, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
