This connects to the photo as just like how the Dawes Plan is a cycle of giving and getting money, the recycle logo also represents the continuous cycle of reducing, reusing, and recycling.

This photo relates to the treaty as it is showing how even though the two are fighting one is remaning neutral. This can represent one of the countries going into war with a third party and the other remaining neutral.

    The Grand Coalition of Weimar Germany was forming mainly pro-democratic parties to defend against the left and right radical parties. This coalition connects to the photo as the mismatched puzzles represent the different political parties and their different beliefs and views not really working together. The puzzle is about to collapse also representing how although the coalition aimed to stabilize the republic it was always on the verge to collapse.

This connects to the photo because it shows how an enzyme adjusts or goes through conformational change to better fit the active site, just as how the Young Plan created new rules to better fit the German nation.

    Germany was so heavily reliant on U.S. loans, so when the Wall Street crash occurred, Germany was heavily impacted economically. This connects to the photo as the coins symbolize a fragile economy that is built on loans and debt and the coins getting knocked down one by one represent the Wall Street crash setting off a chain of economic disaster.

    After his first 7 year term, Hindenberg ran again and won against the NSDAP and KPD with 49.6% of the votes. This connects to the photo as just like Hindenberg, Obama also ran for his 2nd four-year term and won against the other parties. They both made successful policies in their own nations.

    Both Von Papen and Hitler striked a deal to bring Hitler to power as chancellor and Von Paten as vice chancellor. This connects to the photo as chess symbolizes manipulation and tactic, which is what both Hitler and Von Papen were using when creating this deal. Also the two kings represent two powerful players negotiating and competing for control much like Hitler and Von Papen were.

This event connects to the photo as after he was elected, there were no more chancellors and it is the end of German democracy. This led to years of dictatorship and many more devastating events for the Germans.
