  • French and Indian War

    French and Indian War
    The war lead to the French helping the colonist in the revolution because they were not happy with the outcome of the French Indian War.

    ~ Also known as the seven years war & both sides were supported by their mother country military units.

  • Treaty of Paris

    Treaty of Paris
    The treaty ended the French and Indian War, this lead to taxation on the colonists in order to pay the debt, leading to American Revolution.

    Facts: Spain gave up Florida to the British & AKA Peace of Paris

    No one really paid much attention to the proclamation, not even George Washington, this leading to the Revolution.

    Facts: Forbade all settlement past the App Mtns. & Enforcement was weak which did not stop the movement pas the App Mtns.
