The day I was born. The first day I became a part of a family institution. -

The day my role transitioned from a daughter and student to a mother. This event in my life created a role strain, as part of the social norm I would have still been in an educational institution, instead I had to put my education on hold to take care of my infant. -
Transitioning from a stay at home mother to an employee was a big adjustment, it created a role conflict, trying to keep up with household duties and work my life was hard to manage until I became more efficient on time management.
